Craig discusses his childhood, his career in professional rugby and his sports mentorship programme and how he found wholeness by balancing his masculine side with his feminine side.
Craig's mother encouraged him to be tough. His anger was expressed through sports and his macho mask helped him cope with life, until a yoga retreat stretched him to his limits and cracked him open. He was taught not to cry, but safely held by conscious yogis he opened up and delved deeper exploring who he really is and uncovering why he is here. He now runs transformational men's retreats, in the UK and abroad, to safely hold men in their vulnerability as they find out who they really are, reveal themselves beyond their masks and grow as conscious men amongst men.
